| Room tariff must be paid at the time of check in | |
| All guests must submit their photo ID during check in. | |
| All extras if any should be paid then and there Cheques are not accepted | |
| Check in time: 12.00 hrs. Check out time: 10.00 hrs. | |
| Kindly inform your Check out time while Checking in. |
| The guest house will not be responsible for the loss of any belongings of the guests. | |
| Guests are requested to LOCK their rooms & windows while going out or while going to Sleep. | |
| Parents are requested to take personal care of their children in car parking area and swimming pool. | |
| Smoking, Liquor Consumption is strictly prohibited in common area. | |
| Please switch off the A/c, fan & lights before leaving the room. | |
| Please hand over the Keys at the reception for housekeeping and while checking out. | |
| Common area and swimming pool are under CCTV surveillance. | |
| Photo point & view point in our terrace at (5 Floor). | |
| Two wheelers available for rent. |
| Swimming pool charges are Rs.150 per person per hour. Swimming pool costumes are mandatory. | |
| Only nylon clothes are allowed. Cotton clothes are not allowed. | |
| Swimming pool timings 07.00 A.M to 09.00 P.M. | |
| Eating, Drinking & Smoking are Strictly prohibited in the swimming pool area. |
| Guests will he held responsible for any loss or damages to the property, caused by them. The repair or replacement charges will be collected as per the management decision. Guest are requested not to disturb other guests. |
